ADIDAS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL 2019

GUEST HOSPITALITY OFFERING

In collaboration with another agency we were tasked with the creation of hospitality assets for Adidas' UCL final guest hospitality program, this marked an exciting opportunity to align our work with the overarching theme of sustainability.

In our endeavor to uphold this core theme, we made conscious choices to focus on recycled or recyclable materials in the production of printed collateral items. This eco-conscious approach was not only limited to the choice of materials but was also intricately woven into the design process of hospitality invitations, ticket wallets, and an array of other printed collateral pieces. By doing so, we not only communicated Adidas' commitment to environmental responsibility but also crafted a visual and tactile identity for the guests that encompassed the entire UCL final event.

In addition to creating the printed collateral materials, our scope of work encompassed the comprehensive design of a holistic guest experience. This involved the development of guest email communications, efficient registration systems, and user-friendly mobile applications. These digital components were carefully crafted to seamlessly integrate with the theme of the Adidas UCL final guest hospitality program. They not only enhanced the guest experience but also ensured a streamlined and championed eco-conscious interaction throughout the event.

In addition to the various elements mentioned earlier, our project included the takeover of a theater space for brand talks and collaboration which was intentionally designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility. This entailed the incorporation of reusable branding and wayfinding elements crafted from recycled and reclaimed materials.

The use of these recycled and reclaimed materials not only reduced the ecological footprint of the project but also added a unique and eco-friendly dimension to the theater space. By repurposing materials that might have otherwise gone to waste, we not only contributed to a reduction in resource consumption but also brought a sense of character and history to the space, making it a truly special and environmentally-conscious addition to the overall project.
